The Life Alarm 911 Plan consists of our device being programmed to only dial 911 regardless of their location. Our Family & Friends Plan consists of the device being programmed by our technicians where when the device is activated, it is programmed to call and text up to 2 emergency contact family members.  The device will call and text the 1st emergency contact family member, if they don't answer the device will contact the 2nd family member.  If neither emergency contact member answers, the device is programmed to call the local 911 as a last alternative wherever the user is located. 

Life Alarm provides the family with our customized app.  With our Life Alarm app, you are able to track the location of your loved one at any time.  This app is compatible with any iPhone or Android cell phones  

No. Once Life Alarm receives your order via internet or phone order, our Life Alarm team will contact and confirm the user's emergency contact information and device programming settings.  Within 24 hours, our technicians will customize the device setting specifically for the user and ship to your home within 24 hours.  Once the user receives the Life Alarm medical alert, it is ready for use.
